The aim is to provide all the information you need, even if you are starting from no experience. For those who already have investment property but who are experiencing some problems an “ask the experts” panel is available to deal with any problems and issues which may arise.

I run monthly teleseminars to cover topics such as the latest developments in property investing, changes in the tax regime you need to be aware of, what to do if your tenant stops paying rent etc.
