Toby Hone has just launched a new eBook entitled “How to TRIPLE Your Rent Through Serviced Accommodation” which he believes will be of real interest to Buy to Let landlords and investors in the current climate, and he’s given me a copy of it. What's more, he has very kindly agreed to give a 10% discount off the price to all readers of this forum:

Serviced Accommodation represents one of the few property sectors still experiencing rapid growth in the current climate. In fact, the current economic climate is creating an ever increasing demand for these types of units and this represents a real opportunity for existing BTL landlords.
In “How to TRIPLE Your Rent Through Serviced Accommodation”, Toby Hone outlines how most Buy to Let landlords, especially those who are sitting with new build flats or houses, can convert their existing properties into serviced accommodation with minimal investment.
I haven’t had a chance to read it all yet (it only arrived this morning!) but I have had a quick flick through, and it looks to be well up to the high standard set by Toby’s two previous books.
There are some issues to get through on the way to setting your current BTL property up to operate as serviced accommodation, but Toby assures me that he shows various ways around these, as well as giving a number of tips to maximise occupancy rates and minimise costs.
At 98 pages long, “How to TRIPLE Your Rent Through Serviced Accommodation” is a similar length to Toby’s previous ebooks, and my flick-through suggests that is definitely content rather than padding. It’s for sale at just £19.95; so if you are sitting on empty properties, or just looking for ways to improve the return on your portfolio, you’d be well advised to buy a copy - at the special 10% discounted price - without further delay:

I may post up a review in a week or two, but my first glance suggests that this book could pay for itself many times over while you’re waiting, so if this is something that affects you then for the price you’d probably be better off taking action now!
