Vanish Patel's latest topic - "4 Reasons..."

Did anyone hear Vanish's talk at the year's opening Berkshire Property Meet in Maidenhead last month? I'm sure he'll have given it since, in London at PNC and elsewhere.

The talk was typical of Vanish. Well researched and argued, dare I say smoothly presented, and full of good value (IMHO). The hour passed too rapidly, and I came away with copious notes and many ideas about how to raise funds, and why. Excellent.
