Hi Andrew,

The way the Pound has been sliding against the Euro recently, it's perhaps not a good time to be buying abroad?

Have you had much interest in this property from people whose money is currently in the UK?

Hi Andrew i totally agree with you regarding not a great time to be buying abroad with the Pound not having a good time against the Euro, so it would be no surprise that i have had no interest in this, but i did ask as i said i would!
Thank you for your post

Hi Andrew,

Indeed, it is perhaps a far better time to be selling your foreign property for a price in Euros and then bringing that back into the UK as Sterling. Unless of course you feel that the Pound has still further to fall...

Off-topic, but how's business?

Thanks for asking Andrew, in the last 12 months, since deciding to get involed in property, i have really convinded myself (and family and friends) that even though the property market is not having a good time, property is one of the best ways earn a living, so even if the deals arn't flying through the door, i am still enjoying my work (even if it is only part time), i have met and spoke to some great people through networking, on a business and personal basis, which makes this business great.
Looking ahead i feel that to be invloled in property in the present climate (where deals are probably at there highest discounts), we will all be in a great position for when the market picks up and financing the deals become easier with the return of Same Day Remortgages (we hope).
So to answer your question, business is great and i look forward to the many years to come.

Many thanks
Andrew
