I am looking for small commercial opportunities in Bracknell, Reading, Slough, Maidenhead etc., pretty much anywhere in East Berkshire in fact. I will either pay per lead, or a finders fee on completion, or a combination thereof.

Specific interest would be small offices and/or shops, possibly with a flat above. May even consider lock-up garage blocks too.

Will also consider JV with partners who have a project too big to handle alone.
